- Bring in a senior freelance marketer with a strong content‑agency background to provide interim coverage during leave and maintain momentum across our Ads Marketing team thought leadership, content programs, and case study development.
- This role ensures continuity by preserving the fidelity of that strategy while driving execution forward – translating plans into tangible outputs across scaled channels and key business moments.
- The contractor will operate as a partner to Ads Marketing, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery to keep programs moving at pace.
- Content Program development
- ? Partner cross‑functionally with PMM, Comms, Research, and regional teams to translate insights into content.
- ? Shape narratives into scalable formats across web, social, presentations, and events.
- Case Study Development
- Oversee execution of case study pipeline from intake through delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency across formats (web, slides, video, social).
- Maintain momentum against H1 deliverables and publishing timelines.
- Cross functional Coordination
- Act as a connective operator across Ads Marketing, Marketplace Engagement, and external partners.
- Help synthesize inputs and move work forward without requiring heavy oversight.
- Identify risks, unblock decisions, and maintain executional clarity.
- 8–12+ years in marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, or creative strategy roles.
- Experience with in content or creative agencies, brand marketing, or B2B marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and marketing objectives into scalable content programs, not just individual assets.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertiser audiences, including how thought leadership supports awareness, consideration, and demand.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with marketing effectiveness, including familiarity with performance signals, audience insights, or success metrics.
- Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Research, Comms, and regional marketing teams.
- Working knowledge of scaled channels and distribution strategy (web, social, events, paid).
- $90‑100/hr.
