We are scaling aggressively across Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, affiliate marketing, and DTC. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn content into commerce.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Affiliate & Tik Tok Growth Manager to build and scale two key revenue engines from the ground up:

• Tik Tok organic content
• Tik Tok Shop
• Affiliate program (The Disciples)

This is a performance‑driven role. Not just posting. Not just outreach. Revenue.

You will work directly with the founders and play a meaningful role in scaling Dirty Saint’s next growth channel.

• Develop and execute weekly content strategy
• Identify trends and translate them into Dirty Saint content
• Optimize posting cadence and engagement
• Drive traffic to Tik Tok Shop + DTC

• Launch and scale Tik Tok Shop from zero
• Launch promos, flash sales, and creator collaborations
• Monitor GMV, CVR, AOV, and refund rates
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues

Dirty Saint’s affiliate program is called The Disciples – a growing network of creators and brand advocates.

This role is responsible for building, scaling, and activating this program from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting high‑quality affiliates weekly
• Activating and re‑engaging affiliates
• Creating incentive tiers and performance challenges
• Developing educational resources and selling angles
• Providing swipe copy, promo codes, and launch playbooks
• Identifying and spotlighting top performers
• Tracking affiliate‑attributed revenue and optimizing commission structure
• Building real community momentum while staying revenue‑focused

We want someone who will treat The Disciples like their own program – building both engagement and measurable sales.

• Manage gifted + paid collaborations
• Coordinate product shipments
• Build scalable UGC library

• Weekly revenue and performance reporting
• Clear KPIs and optimization plan
• Data‑backed recommendations
• Transparent tracking of Tik Tok Shop and affiliate revenue

You must:

• Have direct Tik Tok Shop experience
• Have managed affiliate programs before
• Understand conversion metrics (not just followers)
• Be scrappy, proactive, and organized
• Be comfortable working in‑office 2 days per week (Santa Ana/Costa Mesa)
• Have worked with CPG or beverage brands
• Have scaled Tik Tok Shop meaningfully

• Tik Tok Shop successfully launched and generating revenue
• Measurable Tik Tok Shop GMV growth
• Affiliate‑attributed revenue generating consistently
• Clear reporting and accountability

• 20–30 hours per week to start
• Performance‑based milestone bonuses for launching and scaling Tik Tok Shop
• Performance‑based milestone bonuses tied to affiliate revenue growth
• Ongoing quarterly bonuses tied to revenue milestones
