Position SummaryThe Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Department in various aspects of driving ticket sales and engaging new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is an extremely well organized, proven team player that works with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver results. This position would start on April 6, 2026 and end on October 2, 2026.
Position Elements- Manage content displayed on digital screens across all 3 venues, including creating event rotation schedules, requesting assets, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist Marketing Manager with organization tasks including marketing plan upkeep, promo video planning, and digital screen schedule.
- Assist other members of the Marketing Communications & Partnerships team with tasks, as needed.
- Assist with invoice processing: coding and routing
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with teams in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Must multi-task and work within deadlines
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work in person at the LA Phil office located in Downtown Los Angeles at least 1 day/week
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Hollywood Bowl/Ford & Walt Disney Concert Hall Signage Team
