Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Planning Intern to support our marketing team in developing campaign ideas and integrated marketing plans. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in brand strategy, creative marketing, and campaign planning who want hands‑on experience working on real consumer and entertainment‑driven campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to shape ideas, build presentations, and turn creative concepts into executable plans—while learning how integrated marketing comes together in a fast‑paced, real‑world environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of creative marketing plans for individual campaigns, including early‑stage concepting, messaging direction, channel ideas, and activation frameworks.
  • Assist in brainstorming culturally relevant, trend‑driven campaign ideas informed by audience insights, product positioning, and current market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, influencer, production, media) to translate campaign ideas into clear briefs and presentation materials.
  • Research and track emerging cultural trends, internet moments, content formats and digital behaviors, and share insights that inspire campaign ideas.
  • Help prepare pitch decks, creative proposals and strategy documents, ensuring they are well‑structured, visually polished and on‑brand.
  • Support post‑campaign analysis, gathering performance insights, summarizing learnings and identifying areas for future optimization.
Who We Look For
  • Previous internship experience in Brand Marketing and the Gaming industry.
  • Strong interest in brand marketing, creative strategy, integrated campaigns and pop culture.
  • Familiarity with North American marketing channels, especially social media, digital content, influencers and experiential marketing.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for visual culture, trends and platform‑native content (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build clear and compelling slides, briefs and written summaries.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in gaming, entertainment, lifestyle or youth/Gen Z culture is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint (design skills are a bonus but not required).
