Job Description & How to Apply Below
Are you obsessed with pop culture, creators, and celebrity-driven brand campaigns? A boutique entertainment branding agency is looking for a driven Coordinator – Talent & Brand Partnerships to join their team.
As the Coordinator, you will support brand partnerships and campaigns for high-profile talent across film, TV, music, and digital. You’ll be at the center of the action—helping shape pitches, coordinating projects, and keeping stakeholders aligned. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn the celebrity and influencer branding space end-to-end, working closely with executives, talent reps, brands, agencies, and more.
For a top performer, there is a clear path to grow into a Jr. Agent–level role within 1–2 years.
What You’ll Do- Draft, refine, and format pitches, decks, one-sheets, communications, and other client-facing materials.
- Research brands, talent, trends, and campaigns; compile insights and reports to support strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in building and polishing executive-level presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate special projects from start to finish, tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Support intern hiring and day-to-day oversight, helping manage and delegate tasks.
- Onboard new clients and keep marketing materials, bios, and case studies up to date.
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases, trackers, and documents.
- Jump in on entrepreneurial initiatives, new business pitches, and brand-building opportunities as they arise.
- 2+ years of experience in entertainment, talent representation, branding, marketing, or advertising (agency, management company, or related environment).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Genuine interest in celebrity culture, influencers, and brand partnerships.
- A self-starter who is resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in client- and brand-facing contexts.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Experience with tools like Canva and Airtable is a plus.
- Tech-savvy problem-solver with curiosity for new platforms, tools, and workflows.
- Comfortable working under pressure, handling confidential information, and occasionally supporting needs outside of standard hours.
