We specialize in partnering with leading E‑Commerce brands to provide white‑glove support across Customer Experience, marketing, and executive assistance. In this role, you will own lifecycle marketing initiatives, execute growth campaigns across multiple channels, and build marketing automations that help turn interested prospects into long‑term clients.
We’re looking for a data‑driven marketing expert to optimize our campaigns and help expand our reach through strategic execution across email, community, and social channels. This role will play a key part in driving growth by launching new initiatives and strengthening our presence across the entire customer journey.
Your Mission at Talent PopYour mission is to ensure that brands in need of CX, marketing, or executive support clearly understand the value Talent Pop provides. Through strategic campaign execution across email, community, and social media, as well as the development of sales enablement assets, you’ll educate the market, amplify our presence, and help drive growth across the entire customer journey, from cold leads to active clients.
You will also build and manage Hub Spot workflows to automate and scale lifecycle touchpoints while analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
You’ll work with tools like Hub Spot, Zapier, Clay, and community platforms such as Reddit, Slack, and Discord to execute and optimize marketing initiatives.

What Success Looks Like- Launching lifecycle campaigns that convert warm leads into clients
- Building scalable Hub Spot workflows that automate key marketing touchpoints
- Increasing awareness of Talent Pop through community engagement and outbound messaging
- Plan, create, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation across email, social media, and community platforms (Reddit, Slack, Discord)
- Manage lifecycle email campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Create and proofread copy for sales outreach, client communications, partnerships, and community engagement
- Review and edit outbound campaign messaging produced by the Growth Marketing team
- Participate in and monitor conversations across Reddit, Discord, and Slack communities to identify opportunities to introduce Talent Pop organically
- Build and optimize Hub Spot workflows and marketing automations
- Use automation tools such as Zapier and Clay to streamline marketing processes
- Support webinar and marketing event promotion to drive lead generation
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop marketing assets including case studies, one‑pagers, and decks
- Manage social media posting and engagement to increase brand presence
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
- Support the director in launching new marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with design and internal teams to maintain brand consistency
- Stay up to date on industry trends and marketing best practices
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles
- Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns across email, social media, and community platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for outreach and marketing communications
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot workflows and marketing automation tools
- Experience with tools like Zapier (Clay experience is a plus)
- Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
