The Rare Beauty Brand Partnerships Coordinator will work directly with the Manager of Brand Partnerships and SVP of Brand Partnerships to support the execution and management of existing and new relationships with people, brands and cultural moments that: support the brand’s purpose, maintain category authority in core products and keep the brand ahead of trends and well-placed within culture and relevance.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and loves a fast‑paced environment and understands the importance of diplomacy as the role has visibility internally and externally.
- Interfacing with external partners to schedule calls, agendas, recaps and tracking action items
- Synthesizing partner marketing programs into plans and decks for internal team review and tracking
- Supporting inventory and product needs for Partner programs, ordering and tracking products
- Managing systems for organizational elements of programs including:
Wrike, Expensify, Net Suite etc. - Supporting cross functional communication across Creative, Content, Consumer, Ops etc.
- to support go to marketing planning - Participating in weekly meetings to update on progress and collaborate
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing, social media, communications, PR or related fields
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Lives and breathes culture
- Knowledge of social media channels and platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Substack and You Tube
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
