The Tik Tok Shop US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via Tik Tok. The team is responsible for building the Tik Tok Ecommerce partnership for the Tik Tok e-commerce business in the US. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands‑on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at Tik Tok.

Internships at Tik Tok aim to provide students with hands‑on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Tik Tok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities
  • Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in Tik Tok Shop.
  • Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on Tik Tok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
  • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self‑motivated, bias‑for‑action ( no task is too small  mentality)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after the completion of the internship.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
  • Familiar with Tik Tok and other content platforms; experience in content‑based e‑commerce is highly preferred
