The Role

This role sits at the center of how POV Beauty shows up in the world. You'll bring marketing and brand initiatives to life visually — turning campaign concepts into real, channel-ready assets across social, email, packaging, and retail. This isn't about designing in isolation; it's about protecting one consistent brand story as it moves through every touchpoint a customer sees. We need someone who thinks like a brand steward as much as a designer.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual assets for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across social (organic + paid), email/SMS, packaging, and retail (gondola, FOS, end cap, etc)
• Own the visual thread of a campaign from tease through launch through sustain
• Support packaging design for new product launches
• Partner with copy and creative leads to ensure every asset reflects a unified brand look
• Adapt campaign concepts to the format and context of each channel without diluting the core idea
• Help maintain and evolve brand visual standards as the product line and channel mix grow
• Move quickly on marketing requests as campaigns and priorities shift

• 3+ years of design experience in a marketing or brand environment — agency or in-house, beauty/CPG/DTC preferred
• A portfolio that demonstrates brand thinking — consistent visual identity carried across multiple formats and channels
• Strong typography and layout instincts; comfort with an editorial, fashion-adjacent aesthetic
• Experience with retail production specs (dielines, print-ready files) a plus
• Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Comfort working against a brief and adapting quickly as marketing priorities shift
