Program Manager
Redwood Resources Consultancy is seeking a part‑time Program Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our nonprofit program dedicated to increasing the representation of women and women of color in corporate and other leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
- The recruitment of applicants.
- Ensuring the process goes smoothly.
- Budget management, ensuring that we get accurate recordings of all expenses and revenues.
- Actively helping us seek out grants and opportunities for sponsors.
- Managing events and coordinating them.
- Coordinating with the mentees and mentors during the program, ensuring everything is done professionally with high standards.
Compensation: $55–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
