Intake Specialist
Labor Community Services Program of Los Angeles (LCS) is recruiting Intake Specialists to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals and families accessing LCS services.
ResponsibilitiesAddress the needs of individuals and families accessing LCS services in a non-judgmental, respectful, and empathetic manner, and provide valuable feedback to help continually improve services.
About LCSLCS is a nonprofit agency that serves unemployed and underemployed workers in Los Angeles County, working diligently to distribute food and other goods and services to over 350,000 individuals yearly. LCS is the non-profit partner of the LA County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO.
