SUMMARY

Are you ready to make a significant impact on young people's lives and our community's future? As the Director of Development, you will be at the forefront of transforming lives by leading the effort to secure vital funding and support for Junior Achievement of Southern California (JASoCal). You will harness your expertise and network within the Southern California business and philanthropic community to develop and implement strategic funding initiatives.

By stewarding and growing our existing funder relationships and driving strategies to acquire new donors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success of JASoCal.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your leadership and vision will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing our annual fundraising goals, ultimately empowering the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Join us in this dynamic, revenue-generating role and become a catalyst for change, helping to build a brighter future for the youth of Los Angeles. The Director of Development will manage philanthropic relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
