Overview
e3 Partners’ internship in Los Angeles is an opportunity for young adults to explore the life of being on mission. They will learn how to equip God’s people to share His Word and establish healthy, multiplying disciples in this incredible city and beyond. Interns will discover how their unique gifts can be used to show His grace to others through cross-cultural ministry.
During the internship, interns will gain experience in sharing the Gospel with others, learn how to develop and implement strategies to reach the unreached, and cultivate a heart posture of abiding in Jesus to equip them for a life of fruitful ministry. This position will require raising support.

Los Angeles’s vibrant multicultural environment, where a large number of people from diverse backgrounds live and work, creates a strategic opportunity for the Kingdom of God. The city serves as a regional hub with a significant diaspora of unreached people groups, offering a unique chance to engage with them without having to be in more restrictive rural areas.
Context of WorkEvangelism Training & Equipping
Focus for InternTime Frame: 2-3 months
Community:
Intern terms will have the opportunity to live and work with existing units in the city. They will have opportunities to be a part of the local church and labor together with these longtime workers.
Team:
While in the city, interns will team with local Strategy Coordinators who are stewarding work among various gaps of lostness. Additionally, they will be equipped to build and catalyze their own team in a specific mission segment.
Equipping:
Interns will be equipped with best practice tools for multiplying disciples and reaching lostness. They will have the opportunity to implement what they are learning on a daily basis on the mission field in Los Angeles.
Rhythms:
Local missionaries will help interns establish healthy rhythms of prayer, abiding, ministry, and rest to sustain them for life in ministry.
Training:
Interns will participate in and help lead training to equip others in disciple‑making. They will also be able to participate in problem‑solving meetings where they will address barriers faced within the work alongside other local missionaries.
Time Commitment:
The duration of the internship is two to three months, and participants will be expected to serve full time in this role. Interns are encouraged to raise funds to cover their living expenses.
Mission House:
The mission house is located in Orange County and serves as a local ministry hub, providing subsidized housing for interns.
