In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional nursing care for our Cardiothoracic ICU patients. You will provide guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
Salary Range: $62.43 - $92.81 hourly
Job QualificationsWe are seeking a highly skilled, self‑motivated nursing professional who is ready to join our team with:
- 6+ months of ICU experience as an RN, required
- BSN or MSN, required
- Current valid California R.N. License, required
- BLS from the ARC or AHA, required
- Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire.
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct;
have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.
