• Conduct home health visits to provide skilled nursing care and medical treatments in compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform essential medical tasks, including wound care, medication administration, and specimen collection.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medications, and care plans to promote recovery and well-being

Candidate requirements

• Required:
• Active LVN license in the state of California.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for home health visits).
