We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic results.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document encounters accurately and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Active FNP or PA license in California.
- Experience in primary care preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
- Strong clinical skills in chronic care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This full‑time or part‑time role offers a competitive salary starting at $135,200 per year, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. The position is based in Exeter, CA, requiring in‑person work.
