Pay Range: $48-52 per hour DOE $1500 Sign on bonus for full time

Shift:
Full Time and must be able to work a 4-2 schedule

• NOC (11pm-7:30pm)
• PM (3pm-11pm)
• AM (7am-3pm)

• Assist medication and treatment nurses
• supervise work flow to ensure quality resident care.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Moniptor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Deliver nursing care to patients
• Provide professional nursing care to patients
• Ensure the nurse to nurse reports
• Perform professional nursing care of patients
• Provide direct professional nursing care to patients
• Implement the nursing care plan and provide skilled nursing care
• Provide skilled nursing care to assigned patients
• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients
• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit
• Provide general nursing care to patients
• Educate the nursing staff on patient care
• Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients
• Render professional nursing care to patients in need of medical care
• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit
• Coordinate nursing care for patients during hospitalization
• Ensure that appropriate nursing care
• Ensure that appropriate nursing care
• Formulate individualized nursing care plans
• Adapt patient care to individual patient needs
• Assist the nurse managers in decisions regarding nursing care

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California
• BLS or CPR upon hire and maintain current
