Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN Tele) to provide high-quality patient care in a 6 South Tele unit. The RN will monitor cardiac patients, assess clinical status, and respond to acute changes while ensuring compliance with hospital safety and patient care standards. This role requires strong clinical judgment, cardiac monitoring expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry unit
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Adhere to hospital safety and compliance standards
  • Support high-quality patient outcomes and patient safety initiatives
Required Experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in Telemetry or acute care hospital setting
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience in high-acuity telemetry units
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Previous travel or contract nursing experience
