We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Exeter, CA.
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Qualifications include active FNP or PA license in California, proficiency with EMR/EHR, and strong clinical skills across various patient populations. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
Full-time and part-time roles available with a base pay starting at $135,200/year, plus benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
