The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.

• Deliver safe, effective, and efficient direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Drive to different locations within an 8‑mile radius of the homebase office in Lincoln Park, LA to provide care within the community.

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Must be bilingual Spanish.

• Shifts Available:
  Full Time | AM 8:00 am – 4:30 pm:
  Monday – Friday.
• Expected starting wage range is $28.43 – $38.47. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.

• Paid Time Off:
  For full-time employees, 16.7 days in the first year.
• Nine paid holidays & shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend shift differentials (5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, 15% for Weekend Overnight).

4) serves 212 adults (ages 18+) and offers three voluntary programs:
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Full-Service Partnership (FSP) and Outpatient Community Services (OCS).
