Weekend position, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Includes evening, weekend, on‑call, and hard‑to‑fill shift differentials.

Position Summary

A Registered Nurse holds ultimate responsibility for direct and indirect nursing care, providing care, health maintenance, teaching, counseling, planning and restoration for optimal patient functioning and comfort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assess patients through obtaining histories and performing tests and observations.
  • Communicate with providers and educate patients on test results, care plans, medication changes, and new prescriptions.
  • Apply sound clinical judgment when triaging sick patients, including phone and waiting room triage.
  • Safely and effectively administer medications, tests, and treatments as ordered.
  • Teach patients and families health care regimens, including disease information, diet, exercise, and medication management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN licensure in Massachusetts.
  • BCLS certification per department policy.
  • Preferred: 1 year relevant nursing experience in a community health and/or ambulatory care setting.
Pay Range

$40 per hour up to $60 per hour based on relevant experience.
