Position: RN - $38.00 to $47.83

Registered Nurse

Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges in community-based settings.

Shift & Compensation

Full‑time DAY shift: 7:00am – 7:30pm, 12‑hour shifts. Every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay. Salary ranges from $38.00 to $41.00 per hour based on experience; blended salary (base + overtime) ranges from $44.00 to $47.83 per hour. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, life insurance, etc.) are provided for full‑time positions.

    Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week2:
    Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • Repeat
Location & Facility

San Dimas, CA. Neuro Restorative facility located on Puente Street. Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF). 15‑bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs each shift. Low patient ratios, on‑demand pay via Dayforce Wallet, paid time off and holiday pay.

Qualifications
  • Accredited RN degree and current state RN license
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Minimum one year of experience
  • Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
  • Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured registered vehicle
Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, implement health‑care plans, and monitor patients’ conditions
  • Act as a respected health‑care leader, motivating the team toward better patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and external medical‑center partners prioritizing patient outcomes
  • Leverage clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training to ensure extraordinary care
  • Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
