Licensed Vocational Nurse, PACE

Job Overview

The LVN provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician. The tasks include vital signs, data gathering, medication administration, and rendering patient care/treatments.

• Graduation from an accredited LVN school.
• Current LVN license issued by the State of California, Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN (preferred: 1 year with frail or elderly population).
• Knowledge regarding the physical, mental, and social needs of geriatric patients (preferred).
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and active insurance verification (float position).

Pay for this job starts at $31.93 hourly. Compensation may vary based on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other considerations. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
