Overview

Amazing Home Health Registered Nurses Needed. We are looking for licensed nurses to provide post‑hospital care at patients’ homes in the Los Angeles area.

• Recertification / Resumption / Discharge: $85 (work submitted within 3 days of visit)
• IV Visit: $85 (work submitted within 3 days of visit)
• Routine LVN Visit: $45
• Additional mileage reimbursed after the first visit and for every 30 miles thereafter

Pay rate: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour (dependent on experience and case).

• Conduct in‑home nursing visits to assess patient needs and provide comprehensive care.
• Drive to patient homes daily.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and tube feeding as required.
• Utilize EHR systems to document patient information and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (LVN required).
• Active LVN license in California.
• Ability to commute within Los Angeles, CA.
• Work location:
  
  Travel to patient homes (on the road).

Part‑time with the opportunity to grow to full time.
