Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full‑time, Locked Facility, Behavioral Health.

Pay: $23.00‑$24.50 per hour (DOE). PM shift (3 pm–11 pm) with 8‑hour shifts, 4:2 rotating schedule. Sign‑on bonus: $600. Overtime and on‑call as needed.

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, dressing, undressing, shaving.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Assist with toileting, including bowel and bladder retraining and incontinent care.
• Serve and collect food trays, feed residents, and record dietary intake.
• Weigh residents and record intake/output per order.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion exercises, using assistive devices when needed.
• Use proper body mechanics.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Observe and report medical or behavioral changes immediately.
• Perform rounds and PRN duties as required.
• Practice universal precautions for infection control.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Attend required in‑service training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good verbal communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Patience, teamwork, honesty, dependability, and caring demeanor.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proof of CNA card on application.
• Valid  (driver’s license, passport or SSN).

New graduates welcome. Prior CNA experience is a plus.
