Licensed Vocational Nurse

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to work at a facility in Los Angeles, California. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $33 / hour

Shifts Available:

• Minimum of 2 shifts per week as needed
• 10 hours
• Days weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Ensure that profiles are submitted for LVNs who are fully committed to working a per diem assignment.
• Required certifications include active Licensed Vocational Nurse license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date

Assignment Information:
Is currently in need of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a minimum of one (1) year of Correctional Licensed Vocational Nurse in-patient experience, preferably with a background in working with adult inmate patients who are incarcerated. LVN would be working with community-based treatment with wrap-around intensive mental health services, case management, supportive housing, and primary care via a field-based clinic team.

Patients are referred to the program while incarcerated, staff from ODR engage with the patient pre-release, arrange their placement in the community, coordinates the release, and continues to support the patient and contracted community-based organizations in providing treatment and care to the patient post- release
