Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
- Float to assigned units as needed, clocking in to the specific unit being worked
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior acute care facility experience
- Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple units as part of a Float Pool team
- Work in a dynamic Emergency Room environment with a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
