As a Treatment Nurse, you will ensure that residents receive timely, accurate, and compassionate skin and wound care. Under the direction of the DON/ADON and in collaboration with the nursing team, you will:

• Provide and document all wound treatments per physician orders.
• Assess skin condition and report any changes promptly.
• Monitor healing progress and update care plans as necessary.
• Participate in wound rounds.
• Assist in preventing skin breakdown by following established protocols.
• Educate staff on skin integrity, turning schedules, and proper care procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Promote a safe and positive care environment.

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
