Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day clinical oversight and operational support for the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist in quality management and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, midwives, educators, and ancillary staff.
- Support the delivery of advanced maternal care and high‑risk pregnancy support.
