Registered Nurse Field Assessor

Position Overview

We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Northridge, CA
.

As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. Your duties include obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, current medication lists, and evaluating the claimant’s functional level of independence. Assessments also involve a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant’s ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks. Candidates should be technologically savvy and able to use a point‑of‑care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

• 1+ years of RN experience
• Able to work independently
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Annual Target Pay - $78,288 - $117,432
