Occupational Health Nurse
Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner needed for a full‑time hybrid, contract‑to‑hire opportunity supporting Yoh’s well‑known corporate office client based in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
Schedule & Travel- Work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm onsite 3 days/week in Downtown LA (including alternating Wednesdays & Fridays); telemedicine on non‑clinic days
- Travel required to Century City when needed, in addition to San Diego, Orange County, and San Francisco (frequency TBD – likely monthly for SoCal and quarterly for Nor Cal)
- Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP) license in the state of California
- Current prescription authority
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a provider
- Previous experience in Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Corrections, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice
- Comfortable performing blood draws
- Assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
- Injury/illness triage and treatment
- Immunizations and travel vaccines
- Perform onsite physical assessments (pre‑placement, return‑to‑work, fitness‑for‑duty)
- Ambulatory care (sore throats, ear aches, rashes, pink eye, etc.)
- Onsite testing for strep, UTI, influenza, hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia
- Dispense OTC medications (back pain, headache, pharyngitis)
- Phlebotomy
- National Certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- NPIAnnual TB Test or QuantiFERON Gold
- Strong computer skills; EMR experience required;
