As a Home Health RN

- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health experience preferred).
- Experience in home health, rehab, geriatric care, or community care is a plus.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within Los Angeles County (Whittier, Lakewood, Santa Fe Springs & surrounding areas).
- Prior RN Home Health experience.
- Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification.
- Experience with mobile nursing or home-based care models.
Pay‑Per‑Visit : $110 USD - $140 USD
