Compensation: $80.00 – $85.00 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate primary and women’s health care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about community health, patient advocacy, and making a meaningful impact in an established Federally Qualified Health Center setting.
Position Highlights- Outpatient-only setting
- Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
- No nights
- Patient volume of approximately 20–24 patients per day

- Provide comprehensive women’s health and primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
- Master of Science in Nursing required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner required
Clinical rotations during training do not count toward required experience under this requirement - Women’s health and/or primary care experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter
