The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) provides advanced clinical expertise, consultation, education, mentorship, and leadership to promote excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and outcomes.
Working collaboratively with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the CNS develops, implements, and evaluates evidence-based care strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development programs. This role influences practice across the patient/family, nursing, and organizational spheres while advancing transplant nursing through innovation, education, and clinical excellence.
Salary: $144,400 - $341,800 Annually
