Gardens Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health LVN to cover the Los Angeles area including Gardena, Torrance, and South LA. This on-the-road role offers per-visit pay starting at $50+ and seeks bilingual candidates in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
Applicants should have a valid LVN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of direct patient care experience. Reliable transport, two days per week minimum, and familiarity with EMR systems are preferred.
