Medical Surgical Telemetry DOU Nurse Educator
Role Overview:
The Medical Surgical Telemetry DOU Nurse Educator will lead education and competency development within the Medical Surgical Telemetry Division of a Southern California acute care hospital.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary teams to advance telemetry competencies.
- Support orientation, continuing education, and regulatory readiness for telemetry nursing staff.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and encouragement.
- Participate in shared governance and executive support structures to ensure quality education delivery.
