NICUResponsible for the 24-hour, seven (7)-day a week management of the NICU staff, supervision and delivery of quality patient care, operational, fiscal and materials management of the unit.
ED/Nurse Staffing Office-Good SamaritanThe Clinical Manager has responsibility and accountability for the administrative and clinical functions of patient care services during the hours when other management and administrative staff are not present on‑site and has direct oversite of the Nurse Supervisor/Case managers and Department assistants. Provides leadership for staff and accountability for assigned operations. In conjunction with the unit leadership, works to improve the quality of patient care, strengthens the financial performance of the department, and improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.

This is a management position, under the direction of the Director of Physical Medicine. Provide day to day coordination of department activities including the delivery of comprehensive care to patients and families. The Clinical Manager for hemodialysis is responsible for the daily oversight of inpatient dialysis services, meeting all legal and regulatory agency requirements, compliance of clinical quality standards to provide efficient and safe patient care for PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital Campus.
Coordinates with administration, physicians, and nursing units to assure the provision of high quality, efficient service in a fiscally prudent manner. Provide care, education and support for patients suffering from acute and chronic renal (kidney) failure. Supports the hemodialysis staff as appropriate to ensure continuity of care.

- Current California RN license
- Current CPR and ACLS certification
- BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program and completion within 2 years
- Two years clinical experience in an acute care facility
- LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment
