We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide high‑quality care to residents in a compassionate, family‑oriented environment.

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status.
• Administer medications.
• Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• Current LVN/LPN licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care  (PCC).
