Encino Hospital Medical Center, a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, is a 150‑bed state‑of‑the‑art hospital located in Encino, California. Our multi‑disciplinary staff includes 330 physicians and 520 professional support staff. We provide a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services and serve a diverse population in a caring environment.

The CNA in the MST department is a certified assistive person who assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non‑critical patients, and assists in maintaining a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certification within 6 months of hire and maintain current per facility requirement.

Compensation for this role is $23.00 to $36.37 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection, considering factors such as skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
