The role of a Registered Nurse at The Oncology Institute is to embody our mission to heal and empower patients through compassion, innovation, and state‑of‑the‑art medical care. You will provide compassionate care to patients and families within the communities we serve.

- Provide overall direction and supervision of all patient care during your shift
- Work independently and coordinate care tasks with LPNs and other team members
- Administer immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and IV therapy as prescribed by an MD
- Perform thorough patient assessments prior to administration
- Maintain established standards of nursing practice
- Promote teamwork with physicians and staff from other departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Two or more years of experience as an RN preferred, though not required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Currently licensed to practice in good standing by the state of employment
- Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout employment; BLS required upon hire
- Oncology Chemotherapy Biotherapy (ONS) certification required within three months of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
