Roze Room Hospice is seeking a California-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on‑call hospice and palliative care services. The role involves coordinating care plans, supervising CHHAs and LVNs, and delivering skilled nursing visits, including pain management and symptom control, with after-hours and weekend shifts.
The RN will update plans of care, perform assessments, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with physicians and the Hospice Medical Director.
