We’re seeking a skilled and motivated LVN to join our team and contribute to the exceptional care we’re known for.

As an LVN at All Valley Congregate Living, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Assisting with daily living activities and providing hands-on care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care.
• Supporting residents with compassion and professionalism.

We’re searching for an LVN who is passionate about providing excellent care and meets the following qualifications:

• Current LVN License (required).
• BLS Certification (required).
• Specialty Certifications such as IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25-50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
