What You'll Do

* Lead and develop RNs, LVNs, MAs, counselors, and phlebotomists

* Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow

* Provide direct patient care 2-3 days per week

* Ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory readiness

* Support primary care, chronic disease, and preventive health programs

What We're Looking For

* Active California RN License

* BSN required

* 5+ years of RN experience

* 2+ years of management experience

* Experience at an ambulatory care or community health clinic

* Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
