In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to:

-Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations

-Developing and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the anesthesia team

-Delivering anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings

-Monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period and responding to changing clinical conditions

-Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care

** Qualifications*

* Education Requirements:

*
* + Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred.

+ Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred.

** Licenses:*
* + California registered nurse license and CRNA license required.

+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.

+ American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

* + 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred.
