The right candidate will also serve as our Wellness Director, overseeing the clinical health and well-being of our residents.
Salary Range: $80k–$125k per year

If yes, then as a RCFE Administrator you will:
As the RCFE Administrator
, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. You will also serve as the Wellness Director
, providing clinical oversight and ensuring the health needs of our residents are met. You will be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care.
- Current RCFE Administrator Certificate required
- Current, active California LVN License (strongly preferred, but not required)
- 2–4 years' previous experience in a long term care environment as Administrator, Assistant Administrator, or Wellness Director
Bachelor's degree from accredited college (preferred)
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, California Title 22 regulations, and guidelines that pertain to assisted living/RCFE
Nice to have:Experience in union environment
Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results
Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration
