We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a fast-growing urgent care organization with multiple locations throughout the Los Angeles area. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoy practicing with a high degree of autonomy, and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Providers work three 12-hour shifts per week and play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
Position Highlights- Full-time schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Perform urgent care procedures as needed
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient throughput
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent situations
- Current national board certification (AANPCB or ANCC)
- Current NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
- Minimum of 1 year of solo provider experience
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Patient-focused and service-oriented
- Comfortable treating a broad range of urgent care presentations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
