Requirements
- Active California LVN license required - BLS certification required - IV/Blood-draw or Phlebotomy certification required
- Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic experience
- Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN clinic experience

- Experience with venipuncture/venous blood draws
- Charting experience with Epic preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and IV initiation and maintenance
- Assist with OB/GYN procedures including Pap smears, vaginal specimen collection, and IUD/Nexplanon insertion/removal
- Conduct basic assessments related to OB/GYN, including pregnancy-related care and vaginal bleeding
- Manage medication reconciliation and administer vaccines and injections
- Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls to patients
- Communicate with pharmacies regarding refill requests

Compliance / Notes
- Valid permanent California LVN with IV certification must be submitted for compliance
- Maximum return time off (RTO) of 7 days, with no RTO allowed during the first two weeks of assignment
- Required completion of pre-start compliance modules, which may be billable up to 12 hours
