A premier private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California is seeking an experienced Women's Health or Family Nurse Practitioner (WHNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant to join a highly specialized outpatient practice known for exceptional patient outcomes and a reputation built entirely on word-of-mouth referrals. This is a sophisticated, multi-specialty role spanning general gynecology, pelvic floor disorders, uro-gynecology, family planning, medical aesthetics, and functional medicine — in a modern private practice that caters to patients who expect the very best in individualized care.

The position offers flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangements with the ability to transition from part-time to full-time over time — paired with a flexible schedule, strong compensation, and genuine opportunities to develop expertise in pelvic medicine, aesthetic women's health, and functional medicine.

• Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre-op and routine consults
• Conduct urodynamics and office-based aesthetic procedures
• Apply functional medicine principles to evaluate and address root causes of hormonal, metabolic, and chronic health concerns in women
• Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services
• Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated
• Make specialist referrals as needed and follow up on all results

• Practice independently under MD supervision knowing when to ***
• Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow-up care within scope

• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license
• WHNP, FNP, or PA-C credential preferred
• Current, unrestricted DEA certificate required
• Functional Medicine Certification (IFMCP or equivalent) required
• Minimum 3+ years OB-GYN and women's health experience in outpatient setting
• Demonstrated functional medicine clinical experience required
• Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced private practice environment

• $130,000–$160,000/year
• Full-time, part-time, or per diem — flexible and negotiable
