About the RoleWe’re hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide multi-site float coverage across Tia’s Los Angeles clinics, including Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City, and Playa Vista.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services while supporting clinic coverage during staffing gaps, high-volume periods, PTO, training, or emergent needs.
This role is ideal for a clinician who brings strong outpatient primary care and women’s health experience, works well with autonomy, and can quickly integrate into different clinic teams while maintaining consistent care quality, workflow execution, and patient experience.

- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting, including annual exams, pap smears, contraception counseling, STI screening, urgent care concerns, and whole-person care.
- Women’s Health & Procedures: Provide gynecologic care, UTI and vaginal infection consults, and perform IUD insertions.
- Primary Care Management: Manage common primary care needs, including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression
