Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; LPN

CA LVN – Outpatient Vascular

Schedule:

3x8 between 07:00–18:00; initially Monday–Wednesday

Requirements:

• Active California LVN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• IV certification
• Blood withdrawal (phlebotomy)
• Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic experience
• Experience with Epic charting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with vascular procedures and sterile field setup
• Support procedural room turnover
• Perform venipuncture and IV starts/maintenance
• Conduct basic outpatient vitals and assessments

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 120 hours
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
